Kelly Monachese, a Georgia native, joined Sawyer Business Group in November 2022 when Sawyer Business Group acquired the Georgia/Tennessee market. She is an experienced professional with a background in both customer service and cosmetology.
Kelly studied at North Metro Technical College in Georgia, earning a Customer Services Specialist certification in 2007 and a Master Cosmetology License in 2008. She began her career as a stylist at Jyl Craven Salon in 2008 before joining Sport Clips in March 2009, where she quickly advanced from stylist to manager within three months. Kelly's commitment and leadership led to her current role as Area Manager for the Georgia and Tennessee regions, where she oversees eleven stores.
As Area Manager, Kelly plays a pivotal role in coaching and training staff, managing store operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Her responsibilities also include placing product orders, maintaining inventory, managing schedules, and providing various support to her team. Kelly is also known for her availability around the clock and dedication to keeping the stores running smoothly.
Kelly is happily married to her husband Mike for 10 years and is the proud mother of an 8-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter. Both of her children enjoy participating in swim classes. In her free time, Kelly loves spending time outdoors with her family, hiking, kayaking, and attending festivals.
